Canggu, home to two of Bali’s most famous beaches, Berawa and Batu Bolong, has a million things to offer you! KOA itself is located in the Berawa area (literally minutes away from Berawa Beach), so we’ve summarized some of ours and our guests’ fave things to do while in the area!
ACTIVITIES
Surfing
The area is first and foremost known as a surfer’s paradise – that’s how Canggu went from hidden gem to everyone’s fave spot. Whether you’re a pro or a
newbie, there are plenty of surf schools around the beach to help you out.
We can also organize a beginner’s course for you – book through our Front Office a day before (so we can register you, and check on the weather to let you know the best times to practice).

Yoga
Over the last few years Canggu has also turned itself into a mini Ubud – and now plenty of Yoga Shala opened just around the hotel.
Ask the Front Office for the hotel’s Yoga Shala recommendation.

Cross Fit & Gyms
We in Canggu are dead serious about our wellness. Over the last 5 years, we’ve seen many people who fell in love with Canggu and came back to start all these awesome health studios (Gym, Crossfits, F45, Movement, etc).
It doesn’t matter if it’s your first time or you just want to stay active – check with our receptionist for recommendation and places to go
If nothing suits you, there’s always the beach for you to run!

As home to many, many awesome beach clubs, you don’t need to worry at all. From humble shacks to luxurious services, they are all just minutes away from the hotel. Ask us for recommendations, but you might get different answers depending who you ask!

Religious Tamples
If you’re happy to explore a bit further outside Canggu, check out the famous Tanah Lot Temple (our next suburb) for the amazing temple and view! Come early to avoid the line of tourists or face the crowd and enjoy the epic sunset
there.
